Better Building with Braselton

Welcome to BraseltonBuilt- the Blog. I’m Bart Braselton, a third generation home builder in South Texas- including Corpus Christi and the surrounding area.

When my grandfather started building back in the 1930’s and 1940’s, he was known for his craftsmanship and attention to detail. Fast forward to today, when my father Fred and I have continued the tradition and are now the largest homebuilder in South Texas. Our homes and neighborhoods are easily recognizable for that same craftsmanship and attention to detail that has been our signature for generations.

This is an exciting time to be a builder, especially here in South Texas. Our area is experiencing record breaking growth, so we’ve become experts at applying the latest and greatest in new technology and building advances in our homes in a cost-effective and attractive way.

In this blog, I’ll keep you up to date about building tips and trends as well as the latest in interior trends to help you keep your home fresh and up to date. Braselton Homes has become a leader in the Green Building movement, so I am looking forward to sharing ways to make your home as eco-friendly and cost- conscious as possible.

The most important asset you own is your home. Whether you are looking to buy and want the straight story on home trends and building techniques to be an informed consume, or if you own your home and want to know how to keep it from looking dated, or just want to have fun with us as we discuss these topics, I’m looking forward to spending time with you talking about the latest and greatest in home building.
